We thought long and hard about how to best provide a “JOBS” or even “HOT JOBS” page.

These additions to the professional recruiting process have made a “jobs” page on a website far less meaningful.
Applicants at the top of their game, know If they want to increase their odds of being contacted by any agency, a connection must happen early on. This existing connection also ensures that the initial phone call is a smoother experience for both the applicant and the recruiter.
HOW TO CONNECT:
You can always share your resume, but it’s not critical anymore if you have a decent LinkedIn profile. (If you don’t have one, we may need to have an entirely new discussion) Linkedin has successfully shifted these interactions into the digital realm.
